The Spud, Inc. Flex Core Belt has a rubber core material to make lifting more comfortable. Leather lifting belts have a stiffness and lack of give with some people that can limit your lifting potential or desire to lift heavier because of the discomfort. The rubber core material of this belt flexes with pressure but has plenty of support during heavy lifting and for regular lifting.
